Current Families
Current students will automatically be re-enrolled for the 2020-21 school year if the school does not receive a “decline to enroll notification notice” by February 17th, 2020. The enrollment deposit will be billed on the February invoice and is due by March 31, 2020 to secure enrollment. The Continuous Enrollment Contract reflects two payment options for tuition: 1) ten equal monthly payments beginning July 1, by direct payment, with subsequent installments due on the first day of each month through April 1, and 2) the full tuition amount is due by July 1, 2020 if families desire the additional option of paying by credit card which includes a 2% service fee .
Newly Admitted Families
Newly Admitted Students and Families can complete the Continuous Enrollment Contract and submit their tuition deposit by clicking Submit Continuous Enrollment Contract. The Continuous Enrollment Contract and tuition deposit must be submitted by March 1, 2020 or within 10 days after acceptance is communicated to ensure enrollment for the upcoming school year and maintain course requests.
Prospective Families
Parents and Students interested in Providence Academy must first complete the New User Registration before submitting the Application for Admission. New Students Applying for the 2020-2021 school year can Apply Now.
The Priority Application deadline for the 2020-2021 school year is January 15, 2019. After this date applications will be reviewed on a space-available basis. Students wishing to apply to Providence for the 2020-2021 school year may still apply at this time, and mid-year transfer applications will also be reviewed for admission depending on space availability.
