Champ Camp Welcome

My name is Sarah Hogan and I serve as Director of Admissions here at Providence Academy (this is my 6th year at PA and 15th in Catholic education). Quick audience check-in..raise your hand if this is your first time to visit PA? Welcome!!! Hogwarts, a Palace, a Museum, the "Billboard" school are just a few of the monikers out there about PA. You should know that we feel very blessed to be celebrating our 10th year of existence as a pre-K-12 school of just over 900 students in this amazing Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis and we are a PARTNER in Catholic education here in this terrific great (but very cold) place we call home. As one of the Catholic high school hosts of the Champion camps, I would like you to know just a few things about Providence Academy, especially for any of your graduates as they look to continue their education in a Catholic high school. Finally, a very brief personal anecdote to share with you...hindsight is 20/20..after attending Catholic elementary school then 1987 hit public jr high/high. For us, Catholic education is truly about aiming higher.

Current Families

Current Students and Families can complete the Continuous Enrollment Contract and submit their tuition deposit by clicking Submit Continuous Enrollment ContractThe 2018-19 Continuous Enrollment Contract reflects the two new Tuition payment options: 1) ten equal monthly payments beginning July 1, by direct payment, with further installments due on the first day of each subsequent month through April 1, and 2) the full Tuition amount paid by credit card, with the full Tuition amount billed and paid on or before July 1.  

The Continuous Enrollment Contract and tuition deposit must be submitted by February 28, 2019 to ensure enrollment for the upcoming school year and maintain course requests.

Current Providence parents with a new student applying for admission should login with their existing NetClassroom username and password.

Newly Admitted Families

Newly Admitted Students and Families can complete the Continuous Enrollment Contract and submit their tuition deposit by clicking Submit Continuous Enrollment ContractThe Continuous Enrollment Contract and tuition deposit must be submitted by March 15, 2019 or 10 days after acceptance is communicated to ensure enrollment for the upcoming school year and maintain course requests.

Prospective Families

Parents and Students interested in Providence Academy must first complete the New User Registration before submitting the Application for Admission. New Students Applying for the 2018-2019 school year can Apply Now.

The Priority Application deadline for the 2019-2020 school year is January 16, 2019. After this date applications will be reviewed on a space-available basis. Students wishing to apply to Providence for the 2018-2019 school year may still apply at this time, and mid-year transfer applications will also be reviewed for admission depending on space availability.
